Developer Biography
Mr. Santaularia has more than 25 years of experience in real estate development, property management, hedge fund management, tax and investment planning.
In 1986 he founded Diversified Concepts LLC to focus on real estate acquisitions and investment properties. Mr. Santaularia has successfully developed more than 50 projects with a total market value exceeding $100 million. These projects include multi-state development of real estate including; residential subdivisions, self-storage facilities, franchise fast-food restaurants, apartments, commercial, and industrial space.
Mr. Santaularia’s dedication and experience have earned him a solid reputation in all facets of construction, real estate development, and property management. For example, he was responsible for developing the beautiful residential neighborhood, Oakwood Estates, in south Lawrence. In commercial real estate, he has developed, owned, or managed over 35 self-storage facilities and has developed numerous office/warehouse condominium projects in Lawrence, southwest Florida, and the Kansas City metropolitan area. Mr. Santaularia continues to expand the company’s development operations when sound investment opportunities arise.
