Mr. Hack founded Hack¹s Quality Custom Homes in 1997 with a commitment to high quality homes and customer service. To date, he has built more than 50 single-family homes and town homes throughout Shawnee County. Each year Hack¹s Quality Custom Homes has doubled the number of homes built and is becoming one of the leading builders in Topeka and the surrounding areas.
Mr. Hack begins his participation in new home construction with the initial house design and land evaluations. This ground-up involvement helps him strive to incorporate the latest in building techniques and technology in each new home produced. He has an eye for the details, and works closely with his employees and subcontractors to ensure the finest construction for his clients. Mr. Hack¹s growing reputation as an exceptional builder is backed by his solid warranty for his products.
Mr. Hack focuses on building within established subdivisions in rapidly growing areas of Topeka such as the Clark Subdivision No. 2, Southboro Subdivision No. 9, the Linwood Subdivision in north Topeka and the Aquarian Subdivision No. 9 in southeast Topeka. Mr. Hack emphasizes positive working relationships with his customers before, during and after their new home is completed and seventy percent of his company¹s projects are custom homes. Customer satisfaction has led to demand for Mr. Hack¹s custom construction in an ever-widening region, including Lake Perry, St. Marys and Rossville.
